Is a registered home builder with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, and has been registered since 2001. 

Every new home build we undertake is registered with Tarion, giving you the security of a multi-year warranty that covers everything from initial workmanship to long-term structural integrity.   
This coverage includes: 7 years - for major structural defects; 2 years - for plumbing, heating, electrical systems and building envelope; and 1 year for all other items. 

If you require after-sales service, we’re available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm and Saturday's by appointment only.
