Since 2001, Lilac Homes Inc. has been designing and building custom homes throughout Barrie, Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Essa, Innisfil, Severn and surrounding areas in Simcoe County with a focus on thoughtful design, quality construction and personal service.

We believe every client is different — and every home should be too. Your home should reflect your property, your lifestyle and the way you want to live, rather than simply adapting your needs to a standard plan.

That starts with listening. From the first conversation through design, construction and the final finishing details, we keep the process organized, communicate clearly and stay focused on the vision we developed together.

It’s how we’ve built our homes — and our reputation — for more than 25 years.

A Better Way to Build a Home

Building a custom home should feel personal, well planned and well managed. From the first layout to the final finishing details, we bring design, construction experience and clear communication together under one approach.

DESIGNING HOMES SINCE 2001

Personally Involved From the First Sketch to the Finished Home

We've personally worked directly with homeowners to design and refine their home plans.

Whether starting with a new idea, adapting one of our designs or improving plans you already have, we help create a home that suits your property, lifestyle and long-term needs.

Our involvement continues through interior finish selections, while qualified design professionals and our construction team help bring the plans to life.

Your Ideas

We start with your ideas, a sketch or existing plans.

Our Refinement

We improve layouts for better flow, functionality and how the home works on your property.
