The Project
Making Their Vision Work
Our clients wanted to update their ensuite and second-floor bathroom with finishes that felt fresh, comfortable and suited to their home.
Our job was to take those ideas and make all of the details work together — from the layout and preparation behind the walls to the tile, cabinetry, fixtures, glass and final trim.
The result is two bathrooms that feel considered, cohesive and properly finished.

A More Refined Ensuite
The ensuite required the most detailed work.
The existing bathroom was taken back so the space could be rebuilt around the finishes and features the homeowners had selected. Plumbing, electrical, wall preparation, waterproofing and tile work all had to be coordinated before the finished pieces could come together.
The vanity, countertop, double sinks, mirrors, lighting, tub, shower glass and tile were then carefully brought together as one complete room.
Our focus throughout the project was simple: make the finished bathroom look intentional rather than like a collection of separate selections.

The Second Floor Bathroom
Updating the Family Bathroom
The second-floor bathroom was a different scope, but it received the same attention to preparation and finishing.
The tub and surrounding area were rebuilt and finished with new tile, fixtures and trim, with particular attention paid to the tile layout, waterproofing and the way the finished materials transitioned into the existing room.
It created a brighter, cleaner bathroom that feels like it belongs in the home.
Before the Finished Project
one
Planning
Making sure dimensions, fixtures and finished materials work together before installation begins.
two
Behind the Walls
Coordinating framing, plumbing, electrical and preparation before the walls are closed.
three
Tile & Waterproofing
Proper preparation and thoughtful tile layouts help create a cleaner finish and a bathroom built to perform.
FOUR
Final Details
Trim, cabinetry, glass, fixtures, paint and adjustments are considered together so the room feels complete.
Finishing Matters
Renovations are often judged by the details at the very end.
How the tile finishes at an edge. How a vanity meets the wall. Whether fixtures are properly aligned. How trim transitions from one material to another.
We look at those details because they're often what makes a renovation feel truly finished.
And when something isn't quite right, we work to make it right before we consider the project complete.

Reimagine Your Home with Real Experience
We've been building homes since 2001.
That building experience carries directly into our renovation work. We understand what is behind the walls, how the different trades need to work together and how decisions made early in a renovation affect the finished result.
Most importantly, we listen to what our clients want and work to bring that vision together properly.
Let's Discuss Your Renovation
